6.Roll out top crust. Cover with top crust.
7.Brush top with egg white.
8.Slit crust.
9.Bake at 350 for 45-60 min.
10.For the icing, mix 1 cup powdered sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla with enough cream or milk to make a thin frosting.
11.Mix well and spread over hot crust.
