Mozzarella Cheesesteak Stromboli 

On a flat surface, unroll the pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12 x 16 inches). Evenly spread half of the shredded mozzarella over the dough.
4. Add the fillings:
Scatter the chopped grilled sirloin steak on top of the cheese. Then, add the sautéed vegetables, and drizzle the Parmesan-Peppercorn dressing over the steak and veggies.
5. Sprinkle the remaining cheese:
Top everything with the rest of the mozzarella cheese and sprinkle another 1/2 tsp of Italian seasoning for added flavor.
6. Roll and seal:
Carefully roll up the dough starting from one of the longer sides, making sure to tuck the ends as you roll. Place the rolled stromboli seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
