Preheat Oven:Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).

Make the Pastry Dough:In a medium saucepan, bring water and butter to a rolling boil.Stir in flour all at once and reduce heat to low. Stir vigorously until the mixture forms a ball.Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.Beat in eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated before adding the next.

Bake the Pastry:Drop dough by spoonfuls onto an ungreased baking sheet, leaving room for expansion.Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove puffs from oven and make a small slit in each to release steam. Cool completely on a wire rack.

Prepare the Cream Filling:In a mixing bowl, beat heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Fill the Cream Puffs:Cut the top third off each puff and fill with the cream mixture.Replace the tops and dust with powdered sugar.

Serve:Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
