Lemon Tiramisu 


4. 1 cup mascarpone cheese
5. 1 cup heavy cream
6. 1 package ladyfinger cookies
7. Zest of 1 lemon
8. 1 tsp vanilla extract
9. Cocoa powder for dusting
Directions:
1. Start by mixing the cooled coffee and lemon juice in a shallow dish. This will be your dipping mixture for the ladyfingers.
2. In a large bowl, combine the mascarpone cheese, sugar, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms soft peaks. Gently fold this whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until everything is well combined.
4. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee and lemon mixture, making sure not to soak them too long. You want them to be moist but not soggy.
