1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions:
Prepare the Raspberries:
1. Rinse the fresh raspberries gently under cold water and set them aside to dry.
Mix the Base:
2. In a large bowl, combine the lemon yogurt, granulated sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and vanilla extract. Stir until everything is well mixed.
Fold in the Whipped Cream:
3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the yogurt mixture until it’s nice and fluffy. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream!
Add the Raspberries:
4. Carefully fold in the fresh raspberries, making sure they’re evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
Chill the Fluff:
5. Spoon the mixture into serving bowls or glasses. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to let the flavors meld together.
