2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon lemon zest
ΒΌ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Directions:
Crust Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). In a mixing bowl, combine flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter. Mix until crumbly. Press this mixture into the bottom of a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
Cream Cheese Filling: In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add in the eggs, vanilla extract, lemon zest, lemon juice, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until everything is well combined.
Bake: Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the center is set and slightly golden.
