Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup softened butter
8 ounces softened cream cheese
1.5 cups granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 eggs
1.5 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup chopped pecans (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two 9×5-inch loaf pans.
Cream butter, cream cheese, and sugar until fluffy. Mix in vanilla extract.
