Lasagna rolls recipe

1. Cook the Lasagna Noodles:

Fill a large pot with water and bring it to a boil over high heat.
Once the water is boiling, add a generous amount of salt to the water. This will help flavor the noodles as they cook.
Carefully add the lasagna noodles to the boiling water, making sure they are fully submerged.
Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, usually around 8-10 minutes, or until they are al dente (firm to the bite).
Once cooked, use tongs or a pasta fork to transfer the noodles to a colander to drain. Rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process and prevent them from sticking together. Set the noodles aside while you prepare the filling.
2. Prepare the Meat Sauce:

In a large skillet or frying pan, heat a bit of oil over medium heat.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon or spatula as it cooks.
Season the beef with your desired seasonings. If you’re using Buttas All Purpose Seasoning, sprinkle it over the beef as it cooks.
Cook the ground beef until it’s browned and no longer pink, usually around 6-8 minutes.
Once the beef is cooked, drain any excess grease from the skillet.
Reduce the heat to medium-low, then add the spaghetti sauce to the skillet, stirring to combine with the beef.
Add the cream cheese, cottage cheese, and ricotta cheese to the skillet, stirring until everything is well combined and the cheeses have melted into the sauce. This will create a creamy and flavorful meat sauce.
3. Assemble the Lasagna Rolls:

Lay out the cooked lasagna noodles on a clean work surface, such as a cutting board or countertop.
Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly over each lasagna noodle, covering the entire surface.
Spoon a generous amount of the meat sauce mixture over the shredded cheese on each noodle, spreading it out evenly with a spoon or spatula.
If desired, sprinkle additional shredded cheese over the meat sauce for extra cheesiness.
4. Roll up the Noodles:
