• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
• 1 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed
• 1 cup lobster meat, cooked and chopped
• 1/2 cup milk
• 4 tbsp butter
• 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
• 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
Instructions:
1. Season lamb chops with salt, pepper, garlic, and rosemary.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook lamb chops for 3-4 minutes per side. Set aside.
3. Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and mash with milk, butter, and Parmesan cheese.
4. Fold in lobster meat into the mashed potatoes.
5. Steam asparagus until tender.
6. Serve lamb chops over lobster mash with a side of asparagus.
