Jerk sauce:


In a food processor add the green onions, onion, jalapeno, soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable oil, brown sugar, thyme, kosher salt, cinnamon, cloves, and allspice and puree until smooth.
Cut steak into bite sized pieces and cooked about minute each side, and add sauce and let it coat the steak, removed from heat.
Cooked shrimp on each side about 2 minutes and added sauce to shrimp and let it get a little char and shrimp made a “c” shape.
I sautéed onions and bell peppers too.
