A small box of cornstarch β 200 g
A jar of butter or margarine β 250 g
2 packets of grated Parmesan cheese β 100 g
A pinch of salt
1 liter of milk
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the milk, cheese, and cornstarch. Stir well to eliminate any lumps.
Next, add the butter to the mixture and turn on the heat.
Stir continuously until the butter melts completely and the cheese mixture thickens.
Continue stirring until the cheese reaches your desired consistency, where it easily detaches from the pan.
Transfer the cheese to a container, such as a glass dish or ice cream box.
Allow the cheese to cool before serving.
