Step 1:
In a large saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions, garlic and green peppers until tender and cooked through.
Step 2:
We remove the beans from the pan and rinse them with blood-free water using a strainer during cooking.
Step 3:
When the sauce is golden, add the ham and sausage, which have been cut into small pieces, as well as the paprika.
Step 4:
Stir in the beans and a few cups of water, and if the sauce no longer covers the beans, add a little more water.
Step 5:
Heat the peppers, bay leaf, salt and dried garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat. Continue cooking over medium heat until it begins to thicken and you can see a variety of beans. Remove from heat and set aside.
