Grilled Steak Kebabs
– 1/2 tsp garlic powder
– 1/2 tsp dried Italian seasoning
Oils & Vinegars:
– 2 tbsp red wine vinegar
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Marinade:
– In a large bowl, combine the tamari or soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, red wine vinegar, garlic powder, dried Italian seasoning, and black pepper. Mix well.
2. Marinate the Steak:
– Add the cubed sirloin steak to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.
3. Prepare the Grill:
– Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Lightly oil the grill grates to prevent sticking.
4. Assemble the Kebabs:
– Thread the marinated steak cubes, bell pepper pieces, and red onion pieces onto skewers, alternating between the steak and vegetables.
– If using wooden skewers, be sure to soak them in water for at least 30 minutes before assembling the kebabs to prevent burning.
