Gingerbread Bundt Cake 


Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat the Oven:
• Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 10-inch bundt pan generously with butter or non-stick spray. Lightly flour the pan to ensure easy release.
2️⃣ Mix the Dry Ingredients:
• In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside.
3️⃣ Cream the Butter and Sugar:
• In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened butter and brown sugar together until light and fluffy. Add the molasses and mix until combined.
4️⃣ Add Eggs and Buttermilk:
• Add the eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Mix in the vanilla extract.
• Gradually add the dry ingredients in batches, alternating with the buttermilk, starting and ending with the dry ingredients. Beat until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
5️⃣ Bake the Cake:
• Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan, smoothing the top with a spatula.
• Bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
• Allow the cake to cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, then carefully turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely.
6️⃣ Prepare the Glaze:
• In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth and pourable.
• Drizzle the glaze over the cooled cake and add holiday sprinkles for a festive touch if desired.
