Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce
5 cloves garlic, minced — for a fragrant, garlicky kick
1/2 cup (120ml) beef broth — enhances the depth of the sauce
1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream — for a smooth, luxurious texture
1/2 cup (50g) grated Parmesan cheese — for a salty, umami-rich finish
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Instructions:
Season the steak:
Generously season the steak bites with salt and pepper to enhance their flavor.
Sear the steak:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium-high heat until it starts to sizzle. Add the seasoned steak bites and sear them for about 3-4 minutes, until they’re browned on all sides. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside, keeping it warm.
Make the garlic sauce:
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté until it becomes fragrant, about 30 seconds to 1 minute.
Build the sauce:
Pour in the beef broth, using a spatula to scrape up any browned bits from the skillet (these add incredible flavor). Stir in the heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese, allowing the sauce to simmer until it thickens slightly.
Combine and finish:
Return the seared steak bites to the skillet, stirring to coat them well in the creamy garlic-Parmesan sauce. Let it all simmer together for another 1-2 minutes.
