Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Parmesan Cream Sauce – a savory delight you can’t resist
– Salt and pepper, to taste
– 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
– 1/4 cup beef broth
– 1/2 cup heavy cream
– 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
– Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Sear the Steak Bites:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak pieces with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Add the steak bites to the skillet in a single layer, cooking for about 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Garlic Butter:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the butter and minced garlic, cooking for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.
Make the Cream Sauce:
Pour in the beef broth, scraping up any browned bits from the skillet. Allow it to simmer for about 2 minutes. Next, stir in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until the sauce is smooth and creamy.
