Instructions
For the Garlic Butter Steak Bites:
Prepare the Steak:
Season the steak cubes generously with salt and pepper.
Cook the Steak:
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the steak cubes in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until browned and cooked to your desired level of doneness. Remove the steak bites from the skillet and set aside.
Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, thyme, and rosemary, and sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Combine:
Return the steak bites to the skillet and toss in the garlic butter mixture for an additional 2-3 minutes, ensuring theyβre coated in the sauce. Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley.
