Fried Cheese Stuffed Doritos 

Instructions:
Crush the Doritos into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
Place crushed Doritos in a shallow bowl.
Place flour in another shallow bowl.
Place beaten eggs in a third shallow bowl.
Coat each cheese cube first in flour, then dip in the beaten eggs, and finally roll in the crushed Doritos, pressing gently to adhere.
Repeat the egg and Doritos coating for an extra crispy layer.
Place coated cheese cubes on a baking sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour to prevent cheese from oozing out during frying.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
Fry the cheese cubes in batches for 2-3 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
Drain on paper towels and serve hot with marinara sauce if desired.
