Flourless Oatmeal Bread Recipe For A Healthy Breakfast! No Butter, No Kneading!

Mixing the Ingredients
Preheat your oven to 180°C / 360°F.
In a mixing bowl, combine the oat flakes, salt, baking soda, and mixed seeds.
In a separate bowl, whisk together the kefir or yogurt, egg, and apple cider vinegar.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.
Grease a 20 x 10 cm / 8 x 4 inches baking form.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking form and smooth the top.
Sprinkle seeds on top for decoration.
Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the bread is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Once baked, remove the bread from the oven and allow it to cool in the pan for a few minutes.
Transfer the bread to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
