Filet Mignon with Shrimp and Lobster Cream

• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• Fresh parsley (chopped, for garnish)
Instructions:
1. Season and Sear Steaks: Season the filet mignon with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the steaks for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Remove from the skillet and let rest.
2. Cook Shrimp: In the same skillet, melt the butter and cook the shrimp until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes. Remove and set aside.
3. Sauté Lobster: Add the chopped lobster meat to the pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes.
4. Make Sauce: Pour in the heavy cream and let it simmer for about 3 minutes. Stir in the parmesan cheese until the sauce thickens.
5. Combine Ingredients: Return the cooked shrimp to the pan and stir to combine.
6. Serve: Plate the filet mignon and generously top with the shrimp and lobster cream sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
