Breakfast muffins made with sausage, a simple recipe
Contains one pound of breakfast sausage as an ingredient
1 cup of Bisquick mixture for baking
One cup of shredded strong cheddar cheese
4 eggs in total .
DIRECTIONS
1. Grease a muffin tray with 12 cups and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
2. Cook the morning sausage in a pan over medium heat until it is browned and crumbly. 3. Serve the breakfast sausage. Let any extra grease drain away.
3. In a basin designed for mixing, whisk the eggs. In addition to the eggs, include the shredded cheese and the Bisquick baking mix. After thoroughly combining, mix. Combine the cooked sausage with the egg mixture and stir to combine.
4. Distribute the mixture equally among the muffin cups, filling each one about two-thirds of the way.
5. Bake the muffins in an oven that has been prepared for about twenty minutes, or until they have a golden brown color and a toothpick that has been put into the middle comes out clean.
