INGREDIENTS
2 tubes of refrigerated pizza crust: The base for our pizza rolls, easy to use and convenient.
Garlic salt: Adds a savory flavor to the crust.
Italian seasoning, to taste: A blend of herbs that enhances the overall flavor.
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese, to taste: Provides a melty, cheesy goodness.
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese: Adds a sharp, nutty flavor.
1 cup sliced and chopped pepperoni: Classic pizza topping that adds a bit of spice.
Marinara sauce: Perfect for dipping the rolls and adding extra flavor.
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1:
Preheat your oven to 425°F (218°C) to ensure it’s hot and ready for baking the pizza rolls.
Step 2:
Dust a large surface with flour to prevent sticking, and roll out each tube of refrigerated pizza crust into a flat sheet.
Step 3:
Sprinkle garlic salt and Italian seasoning directly onto each crust, adding a flavorful base for the toppings.
Step 4:
Evenly distribute the shredded Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses over the crust, followed by the chopped pepperoni, spreading them within ½ inch of the edges.
Step 5:
Starting with a short end, carefully roll the crust into a tight log. This helps keep all the toppings inside and creates a nice spiral effect.
Step 6:
Using a serrated knife or sharp pizza cutter, slice each log into 1-inch sections to form the individual pizza rolls.
Step 7:
Place the pizza rolls on a lightly greased pan to prevent sticking, and bake for 10-12 minutes or until they are golden brown.
Step 8:
Serve the pizza rolls immediately with marinara sauce on the side for dipping. These rolls are best enjoyed fresh out of the oven.
