Instructions:
First, peel and slice the bananas, then place them on a tray and freeze until solid. Place the heavy cream in the freezer for a few hours until it begins to crystallize.
Pour the heavy cream into a bowl and beat with a mixer until it doubles in volume.
In a blender, blend the frozen bananas until you get a smooth, creamy consistency.
Combine the banana cream with the whipped heavy cream and beat with the mixer until smooth.
Incorporate the 50% cocoa powder, pour the mixture into a glass dish, and place it in the freezer.
Finally, let it freeze for about 3 hours, then serve.
