Easy and Quick Cake Recipe in the Blender, Super Creamy

Recipe Ingredients:

  • 3 whole eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 14 oz of  sweetened condensed milk (395 grams)
  • Shredded coconut (for dusting)
  • 2 cups of all-purpose flour (without leavening)
  • 27 oz of whole milk (800 ml)
  • ½ cup of sugar

Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes. In a blender, combine the whole milk, eggs, sweetened condensed milk, sugar, and butter. Blend well until smooth.

Add the all-purpose flour and pulse a few times just to incorporate (the mixture will be liquid).

Grease a tube pan with butter, dust with shredded coconut, and pour in the batter.

Bake for about 40 to 45 minutes. Test with a toothpick—if it comes out clean, the cake is done.

Turn off the oven, remove the pan, and carefully remove the cake while it’s still warm. Serve and enjoy!
