4 medium-sized sweet potatoes

Instructions:

Season: Cut the sweet potatoes into even rounds. Toss them in a large bowl with olive oil, cinnamon, and salt until well-coated.
Bake: Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 25-30 minutes, until they’re tender and slightly crispy on the edges.
