Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 can of condensed milk (395 grams/14 oz)
- 1 small box of cream (200 grams/7.05 oz)
- 1 packet of unflavored gelatin (12 grams/0.4 oz)
Preparation:
First, hydrate the gelatin according to the package instructions. Afterward, in a blender, add the condensed milk, cream, and the hydrated gelatin.
Blend well until you obtain a homogeneous mixture and pour it into a pudding mold previously moistened with water.
Finally, refrigerate for about 4 hours (or until it sets well), remove from the mold, and it’s ready to serve.
