13. Repeat the folding process with the second piece.
14. Cover the dough and let it rise for 30 minutes.

Baking:

15. Preheat your oven to 240Β°C (465Β°F).
16. Place a bowl of water in the oven for moisture.
17. Dust the dough with flour once more.
18. Bake at 240Β°C for 30-35 minutes until the bread is golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped on the bottom.
