Crunchy Detox Salad

Prepare the Salad Ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine the shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, cucumbers, red onion, and chopped fresh cilantro or parsley.
Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, honey or maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Assemble the Salad:
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss everything together until the vegetables are evenly coated.
Sprinkle the sunflower seeds and chopped almonds or walnuts on top for added crunch.
