crockpot Creamy Chicken Nachos

Ingredients:

2 cans (10 oz each) cream of chicken soup
1 can (14 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed (optional)
1 can (14 oz) Rotel tomatoes (choose your preferred spice level)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 large chicken breasts, diced
Salt and pepper, to taste
Tortilla chips, for serving
Optional toppings: minced cilantro, sour cream, sliced avocado, black olives, etc.
Instructions:

Prepare the Crockpot:
Grease the inside of your crockpot with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
Layer Ingredients:
In the crockpot, layer the diced chicken breasts on the bottom.
Pour in the cream of chicken soup, black beans (if using), and Rotel tomatoes on top of the chicken.
Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top of the mixture.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
