Sweet Baby Ray’s Crockpot Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
4-6 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts (or any other chicken you desire, bone-in or boneless; chicken legs can be used)
1 (18 oz) bottle of Sweet Baby Ray’s Original Barbecue Sauce (or any flavor, including sugar-free)
1/4 cup white vinegar
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Mix Sauce Ingredients:
In a bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, white vinegar, red pepper flakes, brown sugar, and garlic powder until well combined.
Prepare the Chicken:
Place the chicken pieces in the crockpot.
Pour Sauce Over Chicken:
Pour the sauce mixture over the chicken, ensuring all pieces are well coated. (Tip: Save some sauce to glaze the chicken before serving!)
