CRISPY RITZ CRACKER CHICKEN


1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper, to taste
½ cup butter, melted
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Begin by preheating your oven to 375°F (190°C). Prepare a baking dish by lightly greasing it or lining it with parchment paper.
Prepare the Coating:
In a shallow bowl, combine the crushed Ritz crackers, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika (if using), and a pinch of salt and pepper. Mix everything together until well blended.
Coat the Chicken:
Take each chicken breast and dip it into the melted butter, ensuring that it is fully coated. Then, press the chicken into the cracker mixture, making sure to cover all sides generously. Apply a little pressure to help the crumbs stick.
