Crispy Chicken Caesar Salad on a Croissant 

4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
½ cup Caesar dressing
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup croutons
Freshly cracked black pepper, to taste
For Serving:
4 large croissants
Extra Parmesan cheese, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for garnish
Instructions:
Prepare the Crispy Chicken:
In a bowl, soak the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes to tenderize.
In another bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Remove the chicken from the buttermilk, letting excess drip off, and dredge in the seasoned flour mixture, coating well.
Fry the chicken in the hot oil for 6-8 minutes on each side or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.
Make the Caesar Salad:
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, and croutons. Toss gently until the lettuce is well coated.
