Crispy Air Fryer Parmesan Chicken Fries with Marinara


1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper, to taste
2 large eggs, beaten
Cooking spray or olive oil spray
For Serving:
1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish, optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the Air Fryer:
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Prepare the Breading:
In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Chicken:
Dip each chicken strip into the beaten eggs, letting any excess drip off. Then, coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere. Repeat until all chicken strips are coated.
Air Fry the Chicken Fries:
Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the chicken fries in a single layer, making sure they aren’t overcrowded (you may need to cook in batches). Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
