Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster TailsΒ 


1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste
Lemon wedges, for serving
Instructions:
1. Prep the Lobster Tails:
Preheat your oven to 425Β°F (220Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Using kitchen scissors, cut along the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping before the tail fin. Gently lift the meat out, leaving it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.
2. Make the Garlic Butter Sauce:
Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sautΓ© for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Stir in the heavy cream, and bring the mixture to a simmer. Add the Parmesan cheese, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Stir until the cheese is fully melted, and the sauce is creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
3. Cook the Lobster Tails:
Place the lobster tails on the prepared baking sheet. Generously brush the garlic butter sauce over the lobster meat, ensuring to get some underneath as well.
