Ingredients
1/2 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)
1 tablespoon granulated sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 large apples, peeled and diced
1 cup raisins
1 cup chopped toasted walnuts
1/2 cup celery, chopped
Preparation
In a large bowl whisk mayonnaise, sugar, lemon juice, and salt.
Add in apples, raisins, walnuts, and celery, tossing to combine.
Wrap with plastic wrap and refrigerate until ready to serve.
