Creamy Cajun Shrimp Fettuccine with Garlic Bread


Instructions:
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add fettuccine and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Garlic Bread:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). In a small bowl, mix softened butter, minced garlic, parsley, and salt. Slice the baguette in half lengthwise and spread the garlic butter mixture on both halves. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden and toasted.
Cook the Shrimp:
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Season shrimp with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper. Add shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through. Remove shrimp and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Add cherry tomatoes and bring to a simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese and cook until the sauce thickens slightly, about 3-5 minutes.
