Step 1: Prepare the Cream Cheese Filling

Step 2: Assemble the Sandwiches
3οΈβ£ Spread a generous layer of the cream cheese filling on one slice of brioche bread, then top with another slice to form a sandwich. Repeat this for all the slices of bread.
