Ingredients
400g butter/marg
1 cup icing sugar
Half cup corn flour
4 cups cake flour (all purpose/cake or plain flour)
2 tsp vanilla essence

Method
Cream butter and sifted icing sugar together.
Add Vanilla essence and beat until creamy.
Sift in corn flour and cake flour. Mix by hand to form dough.
Roll balls in palm of your hand. Press hole in the centre with a thumb.
Put half CHERRY in.
Bake at 160°c for 12 to 15 minutes.
