Cookies n’ Cream Cheesecake 

1 cup granulated sugar
3 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies (about 10 cookies)
For the Topping (Optional):
Whipped cream
Crushed Oreos
Additional whole Oreos for decoration
Directions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
In a medium bowl, mix the Oreo cookie crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until well combined.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared pan. Bake for about 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Prepare the Cheesecake Filling: 4. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth and creamy. 5. Gradually add the sugar, mixing until well combined. 6. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and sour cream until smooth. 7. Gently fold in the crushed Oreo cookies.
