Chicken Cordon Bleu Meatloaf 


1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
6 slices deli ham
6 slices Swiss cheese
¼ cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp Dijon mustard (for sauce)
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Prep a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a loaf pan.
Prepare Meatloaf Mixture: In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir until everything is fully combined.
Shape the Meatloaf: Spread half of the meatloaf mixture on your prepared baking sheet or loaf pan, forming a loaf shape. Add a layer of deli ham on top, followed by the Swiss cheese. Cover with the remaining meatloaf mixture and press the sides together to seal the ham and cheese inside.
