Ingredients:
4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and diced
1/4 cup olive oil
1 packet ranch seasoning mix
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare Potatoes: In a large bowl, toss the diced potatoes with olive oil, ranch seasoning mix, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
