Cheesy Bolognese Roll-UpsΒ 


Mozzarella cheese: 2 cups, shredded
Parmesan cheese: 1/2 cup, grated
Egg: 1, beaten
Fresh parsley: Chopped, for garnish
Salt and pepper: To taste
Instructions:
Prepare the Filling: In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, half the mozzarella, Parmesan cheese, and beaten egg. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix well to create your cheese filling.
Assemble Roll-Ups: Lay out the cooked lasagna sheets on a clean surface. Spread a generous amount of Bolognese sauce over each sheet, then dollop the cheese mixture on top. Carefully roll up the sheets from one end to the other.
Arrange in Baking Dish: Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Spread a thin layer of Bolognese sauce in the bottom of a baking dish. Place the roll-ups seam side down in the dish. Pour the remaining Bolognese sauce over the top, and sprinkle with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
Bake: Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
