Cheesy Bacon-Wrapped Chicken Meatballs


½ tsp paprika
½ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
12 slices of bacon
2 tbsp barbecue sauce (optional, for brushing)
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Make the Chicken Meatball Mixture:
In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, shredded cheese, egg, breadcrumbs (or almond flour), minced garlic, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix until all ingredients are evenly combined.
Form the Meatballs:
Using your hands, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. You should get about 12 meatballs.
Wrap in Bacon:
Take a slice of bacon and wrap it around each meatball, securing it with a toothpick if needed.
Bake:
Place the bacon-wrapped meatballs on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the bacon is crispy and the meatballs are cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
