Caramel Brownie Cheesecake 


1/4 cup heavy cream
For the Caramel Topping:
1 cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/4 cup chopped brownies or chocolate chunks
Instructions:
Prepare the Brownie Crust:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions.
Pour the brownie batter into the prepared springform pan and bake for 20 minutes, or until the brownie is set but still slightly soft in the center.
Remove from the oven and allow the brownie crust to cool slightly.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar until smooth and creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream until fully combined.
Pour the cheesecake batter over the cooled brownie crust.
Bake the Cheesecake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and the edges are lightly browned.
Turn off the oven, crack the oven door, and let the cheesecake cool in the oven for 1 hour.
Afterward, remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
