Cabbage is tastier than meat


– 1 tsp salt (8 g)
– 1 tsp ground red pepper (4 g)
– 1 tsp black pepper (4 g)
– Vegetable oil for frying
Yogurt-Dill Sauce:
– 3 tbsp yogurt (75 g)
– 2 sprigs dill, chopped
– 1 cucumber, grated
– Red powdered pepper, to taste
Directions
Mix Ingredients: Combine shredded cabbage, onions, garlic, eggs, flour, salt, red pepper, and black pepper in a bowl.
Fry Fritters: Heat oil in a pan, form patties, and fry for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown.
Make Sauce: Mix yogurt, dill, cucumber, and red pepper in a bowl.
Serve: Top fritters with yogurt-dill sauce and enjoy!
