Brought this out as a party appetizer, and everyone ate at least 4!

1 cup cooked and chopped spinach (fresh or thawed from frozen)

1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped

1/2 cup sour cream

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

2 cloves garlic, minced

Salt and pepper to taste

Non-stick cooking spray

Preparation
Preheat the Oven: Set to 375Β°F (190Β°C). Spray a mini muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray to prevent sticking.

Form the Cups: Place a wonton wrapper in each well of the mini muffin tin, pressing gently to mold the wrapper into a cup shape.
