3 tablespoons of watermelon seeds.
PREPARATION:
Grind 4 tablespoons of seeds (better if they are organic)
Cook the ground seeds in 2 liters of water for 15 min.
Drink this tea in equal doses for around 2 days with a break in between.
Repeat this procedure for approximately two weeks.
RECIPE 2 – WATERMELON SEED TEA
INGREDIENTS:
40 g of watermelon seeds.
1 liter of water
150 g of watermelon, cut into pieces
PREPARATION:
Boil the liter of water.
Add the crushed seeds and cook for half an hour.
Let it sit after turning it off, until it cools down.
Strain and separate the seeds from the water.
Crush the watermelon and mix it with the water from cooking the seeds.
