BANG BANG SHRIMP PASTA
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1-2 tablespoons sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
2 green onions, sliced
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Step 1: Cook the Pasta
Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Step 2: Prepare the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook until they are pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove the shrimp from the skillet and set aside.
Step 3: Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha sauce. Add the sauce mixture to the skillet and cook until heated through, about 2 minutes.
Step 4: Combine Pasta and Shrimp
Add the cooked pasta and shrimp to the skillet, tossing to coat everything evenly with the sauce. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
