Recipe Ingredients:
½ cup 100% cocoa powder
3 + ½ cups ripe bananas (mashed)
1 tablespoon baking powder.
Instructions:
First, cut the bananas into smaller pieces and mash them thoroughly until you achieve a smooth puree. Add the cocoa powder to the banana puree and mix well until you have a homogeneous mixture.
Next, gently fold in the baking powder until it is well incorporated. Transfer the batter to a greased and floured baking pan (or one lined with parchment paper).
Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (180°C) for about 40 minutes. Once done, remove from the oven, let it cool, and if desired, decorate as you prefer before serving.
