INSTRUCTIONS
Letβs add sugar, yeast and milk to a suitable kneading bowl and mix. Letβs add olive oil and yoghurt to it and continue mixing.
Letβs add flour and salt in a controlled way and knead a soft dough. Letβs cover it and wait until itβs 2 layers.
Letβs take the air of the fermented dough and divide it into 2 equal meringues. Letβs open the meringues with a roller and cut the dough with the help of a container and shape it.
I string the breads we shaped on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Letβs cover it and let it sit for 5 minutes.
Letβs bake in a preheated 250 degree oven for 6 minutes.
